As a community psychologist, I am passionate about improving individual and community wellbeing. My goal is to use the best methods to ask the right questions and find feasible action steps. I have been able to use my skills and experiences to explore ways to impact a variety of fields, including gaming, healthcare, and higher education. I support important initiatives on inclusion, diversity, equity, and access. I am passionate about open science and am actively involved in projects with the Center for Open Science and the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise conducting research and evaluations using qualitative and quantitative methodology and data, and designed and conducted trainings for effective collaboration and communication within organizations. I have worked in international contexts to improve scientific processes and disseminate research to diverse audiences. I really enjoy working on collaborative projects, mentoring colleagues and leading teams, and engaging with professional development opportunities, both as a participant and a leader.

I like to work on projects that matter and want to impact people through my work. I am eager to continue to work with people from a variety of backgrounds to find innovative ways to improve wellbeing for communities.
